Today I had a conversation with the students that I wanted to share with families as well. Now since we are in the month of May, I shared with students that we should still hold high expectations throughout the remainder of the school year. I know students may begin to experience "summer fever," but we want to take every opportunity that we can to support our learning. Please review with the students our school expectations. As Whittier HEROES, we show that we are safe, ready, polite, and responsible by:
- Following directions the first time they are given.
- Using appropriate words and actions.
- Keeping our body and objects in our own space.
- Talking at appropriate times.
- Completing assignments and participating in all activities.
